Achievements, Synergy, Responsibility

To comprehensively review and summarize the annual work, systematically assess the performance capabilities and effectiveness of middle-level managers, further unify thinking, strengthen confidence, rise to challenges, and propel the company towards steady and long-term development, Beijing Institute of Biological Products held the 2025 Annual Reporting and Evaluation Meeting for Middle-level Managers on December 20^th.

A total of 85 participants attended the meeting, including members of the company's leadership team, all middle-level managers, department assistants, principal investigators/leaders of scientific research projects, and workshop union chairs. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Xuemei, Deputy Party Secretary and Executive Deputy General Manager.

Thirty-eight cadres delivered their work reports, focusing on the five dimensions of morality, capability, diligence, performance and integrity. They systematically reviewed their performance in 2025, the completion of key tasks and their compliance with integrity requirements in professional conduct. They also conducted in-depth analysis of existing problems and shortcomings, and shared their work plans for 2026. Participants carried out democratic evaluation based on the work reports.

Gao Song, Secretary of the Party Committee, delivered the meeting summary, in which he fully affirmed the hard work and achievements made by all cadres and employees over the past year. He emphasized that the company is currently facing unprecedented challenges in its development, and all cadres and employees must clearly recognize the situation and effectively enhance their sense of urgency.

For the next stage of work, he put forward the following requirements:

We must continue to cultivate a corporate culture that is positive, fair, impartial, upright and responsible.

We must adhere to the principle of strict management combined with sincere care, and push forward the reform of cadre management and assessment.

All staff must foster the mindset of "tightening our belts" and continuously exercise strict control over various costs and expenses

We must firmly uphold the bottom lines of production, quality, safety and supply, and ensure the absolute reliability of existing product quality.

We must focus on key areas, fully advance the R&D of new products, and seek new breakthroughs in export business and market expansion.

Secretary Gao stressed that all staff of the company should embrace the high-spirited fighting spirit of "forging ahead under pressure to unite forces, and bravely taking responsibility to overcome hardships", further increase efforts ideologically and practically, work with one heart and one mind to fight and win the "battle for survival", and lay a solid foundation for a sound start to the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
